3,2,1 LIFTOFF!
(AP Photo/J. David Ake) Well, I was there when Columbia has its re-entry explosion (Feb 1, 2003). Well, I wasn't THERE, but I was in the ski lodge that day watching it on TV. And now I woke up from my nap just in time to watch Discovery launch today. It's kind of cool to see where we've come since the first space mission ever. They've got cameras all over the shuttle now. Did they ever think we'd get that far?

UPS Man, I love you.
MY YOGA/PILATES STUFF CAME TODAY!!
but the VHS that came with it has no sound, so hopefully the company will send me a new VHS, but a DVD would be even sweeter.
NOT-FAT-ness, here I come.

Super glue is not super.
I was trying to fix the light switch cover... and I did more harm than good. Not so much to the light switch cover, but I did manage to get superglue all over my fingers. So much so that the light switch cover was attached to my hand at one point. And that hurt quite a bit pulling it off.
...so now I have to take my midterm with glue-y fingertips.

to my husband...
i cant believe that i keep giving in. if i don't he'll whine til i do. when i do, i have a .0000000001% chance of it being a normal night......the other 99.9999999999% of the time it gets ridiculous.
when are you going to grow up and act like a 20 year old acts? why do i always have to feel like your mother? why do you do the things you do, then immediately turn around and apologize and act like nothing happened?
when you turn 21, if this monkeybusiness continues, i won't be able to deal. i'll tell you right now, i WILL NOT put up with this immaturity.
how are we going to get a house, when you insist on punching walls, breaking my nice things, and making a mess everywhere???????? do you not get it??? you ACT remorseful in the morning, but sometimes i wonder if its just that, an ACT.
you're not the same person i married... i want him back because he promised me he'd never hurt me...........and everytime you do this, it hurts. so. bad.
i love you to pieces, but i find it more and more difficult to be around you when you do this.

Faux Finish
Well, we got this armoire for free today from the same girl that gave us our bed... and pretty soon we're gonna get the dresser and mirror...
I am not really a fan of gold, so I faux finished the metal and made it pewter. :)
without further ado...

The pewter is on the left... ugly gold on the right.

I'm gonna finish the ugly gold side tomorrow... and then fill it with CLOTHES!!!

...so glad...
i'm so glad that i grew up with just a brother. having too many people in one house is just too much. there's six of us in here right now. thats waaay too many people. and they like to eat... a lot. all my food. so, i suppose i'll be going without good snacks until payday... oh well.
can't wait til tomorrow. :)
